Here is a step-by-step process to help you organize your thoughts as you plan your ministry calendar for the year.
FOCUS ON DANIEL
Produced by Voice of Prophecy, these Bible prophecy study guides make the Bible come to life as you study these beautifully illustrated, easy-to-follow lessons.
MY PLACE WITH JESUS
It Is Written wants to help anchor children in the Word of God. These guides explain the plan of salvation, how to have a relationship with Jesus, and the major Bible themes.
THE SANCTUARY
Packed with activities, this series is excellent for both kids and adults. Details of the earthly sanctuary and the heavenly sanctuary are presented side by side in an easy-to-understand format, with study texts & references.
VOICE OF PROPHECY – FLYOVER FAITH is a plug and play week of prayer program that encourages faith growth in elementary kids. The series connects perfectly with their audio program DISCOVERY MOUNTAIN as well as the Discovery Mountain Expedition Bible Studies mentioned above, great follow-up materials for families.
*VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – VBS is a 5-day program that can be used as a more dynamic week of prayer.

LINEAGE JOURNEY has dynamite resources and short YOUTUBE VIDEOS that extensively cover the Reformation. They’re really well done and super engaging for younger crowds. They even have COLORING BOOKS and Reformation SWAG to go along with the presentations.

*LET’S BE REAL. The most effective way to reach children for Jesus is to get Bible truth in their homes.
Casting the vision to parents to be the primary faith educators of their children will be invaluable to your work as children’s gospel educators. That being said, here are some suggestions:
TEAM UP
You’re not alone in this evangelistic endeavor and chances are your pastor(s), church(es), and school are also on the Pentecost 2025 bandwagon. Pastor(s), Principal(s), Teacher(s), children’s ministry and children’s Sabbath school leaders TEAM UP and pray together

FAMILY WORSHIP TIME
Resources for encouraging family worship time can be found HERE. You could take the mission story Bonus Idea (above) and turn it into a “family worship challenge.” For example: Give families the book list, and encourage them to pick a book and read it for family
worship time. Families turn in short video book reviews—each being an entry into a drawing for a prize. Post videos on social media.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES
Encouraging families to spend time time growing spiritually together is so important to overall spiritual growth. Here are 100+ IDEAS FOR FUN SABBATH ACTIVITIES. These can also be used as family worship time activities. Families submit videos of the activity as
entries for a prize. It’s another great opportunity to boost engagement on your school/church social media or parent/church emails.
SHARE THE LESSONS
The Bible study resources you decide to use are suitable for sharing with student families. Should a kid make a decision for baptism at your Week of Prayer or VBS (for example), invite their parents to be partners with you in their child(rens)’s baptismal preparation journey—
